Employee records that understand the operation.

AeroHR is designed around the information aviation HR teams manage every day: contracts, bases, roles, licences, type ratings, medicals, recurrent training and the evidence behind each decision.

01

Digital personnel files

Keep master data, documents, qualifications and a complete change history in one structured employee record.

02

Contracts and signatures

Generate documents from templates, collect electronic signatures and file the completed record automatically.

03

Employee self service

Give people a branded place to view records, update information, request leave and track expiring documents.

04

Onboarding workflows

Coordinate documents, access, training, base assignment and handovers from one role specific checklist.

05

Absence and duty context

Manage leave alongside roster and training windows, with visibility into operational conflicts.

06

Audit ready exports

Prepare structured evidence for training, licences, medicals, signatures and record history.

A clean handover from applicant to employee.

When AeroHire and AeroHR work together, the accepted candidate becomes a structured employee record without starting again. Documents and aviation qualifications move with the hire.

Export a clear history for audits, reviews and offboarding handovers.

Questions teams ask before they start.

01When is AeroHR planned to launch?+

The current target is Q3 2026. Early access is intended for a focused group of aviation employers who want to shape the workflows before general availability.

02Does AeroHR replace AeroHire?+

03Will employees have their own portal?+

Yes. The planned self service experience covers personal records, documents, signatures, leave and qualification visibility.

04Can AeroHR connect to payroll and rostering?+

The product direction includes connectors and APIs for payroll, identity, roster and other airline systems.
