Advice is useful. Practice changes performance.

Three observed practice loops help you try, receive feedback and apply it immediately in the next exercise.

Group simulation lab

Live interview rounds

Answer naturally on camera and discover which follow-up questions your examples create.

Personal feedback

Leave with specific observations and priorities, not generic interview tips.

Questions before you book

What happens on the assessment preparation day?

You practise a short introduction, two observed group exercises, a passenger role play and live interview answers. The trainer gives behaviour-based feedback after each exercise so you can try again with a clearer approach.

Is this specific to an airline?

No. The course develops transferable communication, teamwork, service and judgement skills. It uses no confidential airline assessment material and is not affiliated with any airline.

Do I need previous aviation experience?

No. Bring two examples from work, education or volunteering. You should be comfortable following instructions and taking part in a group discussion in English.

What happens if fewer than ten people book?

The minimum is ten paid participants. If it is not reached by 21 November 2026, AeroSelect cancels the session and refunds all payments in full. The maximum is twelve participants.

Will this guarantee a job?

No. The course provides independent practice and feedback. Only an airline decides its assessment process, eligibility requirements and hiring outcome.

Still unsure? Ask the training team.
