The full crew medical training cycle: an initial course for new crew, the annual recurrent refresher, a purser and medical-lead course for coordinating an in-flight event, and conversion training for crew joining your airline or moving to a new aircraft type. Every course covers altitude physiology, CPR, AED, oxygen, trauma, the onboard medical kit and blood-borne pathogens.

Does the training meet EASA requirements?

Yes. The courses are built around the EASA cabin crew requirements (Part-ORO.CC and Annex V Part-CC), including the annual recurrent first-aid obligation, and we align the content and documentation with your own approved training programme. We are happy to walk your training department through how each course maps to your programme.

Where and how is the training delivered?

Onsite, at your base or training facility, so we can use your actual medical kit and build your procedures into the scenarios. The training is hands-on: crew practise CPR, AED and trauma response on manikins and in realistic exercises rather than sitting through slides.

Why can't we book a course online?

Because every programme is adapted to your airline: your procedures, your aircraft, your crew size and your schedule. Rather than a fixed online course, you send us a request and we build the programme together with your training department.

Can you train our own instructors?

Yes. Alongside instructor-led courses, we can prepare and support your airline's own trainers so you can run recurrent training in-house over time. Tell us how your training is organised and we will scope it.

How does this connect to our crew records?

Course completion can feed digital crew profiles that sit alongside AeroHR and CrewManagement, and recurrent due dates can be tracked so currency never lapses unnoticed. Training becomes part of your crew record instead of a separate paper trail.
