Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

For a contract for the supply of digital content or services not supplied on a tangible medium, your right of withdrawal expires early where we have begun performance after you have

• expressly agreed that we may begin performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and
• confirmed your acknowledgement that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

When you purchase a paid service, we obtain this express consent and acknowledgement before payment, so that the service can be made available immediately. Once we have fully performed the contract, your right of withdrawal expires.
