1. Our Commitment

AeroSelect UG (haftungsbeschränkt)is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We strive to continually improve the user experience across our platforms, including AeroHire, TalentHub, and our corporate website, so that everyone can access information and functionality equally, regardless of disability or assistive technology used.

2. Accessibility Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA , as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines define how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance means our platforms are designed to be:

  • Perceivable:Information and user interface components are presented in ways users can perceive, including appropriate text alternatives, captions, and sufficient colour contrast.
  • Operable:Interface components and navigation are operable via keyboard, with sufficient time for interactions, and without content that could cause seizures or physical reactions.
  • Understandable:Information and the operation of the user interface are understandable, with readable text, predictable behaviour, and input assistance.
  • Robust:Content is robust enough to be interpreted reliably by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies.

3. Technologies Used

Our platforms are built using modern web technologies that support accessibility:

  • HTML5:Semantic markup with proper heading hierarchy, landmark regions, and structured content.
  • WAI-ARIA:Accessible Rich Internet Applications attributes are used to enhance dynamic content and interactive components, providing screen readers and other assistive technologies with the necessary context.
  • CSS:Responsive design ensures usability across devices and screen sizes, with support for user-defined text sizing and high-contrast modes.
  • JavaScript (React / Next.js):Interactive elements are built with keyboard navigation and focus management in mind.

4. Known Limitations

While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, some areas of our platforms may have known limitations:

  • Third-party content:Some embedded content or third-party integrations (e.g. payment forms, external job feeds) may not fully meet accessibility standards. We work with our partners to address these issues.
  • PDF documents:Some uploaded CV/resume files and downloadable documents may not be fully accessible. We encourage users to provide information in accessible formats where possible.
  • Legacy content:Older content may not yet meet current accessibility standards. We are progressively updating such content.

5. Continuous Improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We are committed to:

  • Conducting regular accessibility audits of our platforms, including automated testing and manual review with assistive technologies.
  • Training our development and design teams on accessibility best practices.
  • Incorporating accessibility testing into our continuous integration and deployment pipeline.
  • Actively addressing reported accessibility barriers in a timely manner.
  • Reviewing and updating this statement at least annually.

6. Feedback

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our platforms. If you encounter any accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:

7. Enforcement
